There’s been a lot of canning going on here at Two Frog Home. It’s a satisfying feeling to watch the pantry shelves fill up.
Another thing I find satisfying is teaching others to practice this domestic skill for themselves. On Thursday, I’ll be hosting an Intro to Canning Webinar from 6:30 to 7:30 PM Mountain Standard Time. In this hour long class, I’ll discuss the basics of filling jars, removing air bubbles, processing times, and more. I’ll get you on your way to beginning this pantry-stocking art safely.

I really need some tips. I did my first canning a few days ago and a few of the jars lost a lot of water. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
I’m ready to can some tomatoes/salsa and could use some tips!!
