Thursday Night Canning Webinar

In an effort to inspire canners and food preservationists for the season ahead, I’m hosting a webinar / chat tomorrow night.  This is a free event but space is limited.

When / Where: Thursday, May 31st from 6:30 to 7:30 PM Mountain Standard Time – You attend from your computer screen.

Apple Pear SauceDetails about the webinar:  I’ll start off with a talk about gathering supplies, gaining courage, and finding inspiration for the food preservation season ahead.  We’ll focus heavily on canning, but we’re likely to touch a bit on other methods of food preservation as well.   There will be ample time for your questions as well.
