Pumpkin Tote Bag Giveaway

in Miscellany

The giveaway has been closed and our winner was comment #4: Maria!

It’s been  a while since I did any kind of care package giveaway here at Two Frog Home and well, I’m going to correct that today.  With Halloween just around the corner, I’m going to give away this pumpkin themed tote-bag:

Fall bag

The bag was handmade by me and is fully lined.  It’ll carry all your treats, books, groceries, whatever.  I’ll also include some seeds saved from our garden and probably a few other things as I’m assembling the box.

I’ll second Denise – very cute and practical! I love having a seasonal tote (or three!) handy – it makes remembering to take it along to avoid plastic easier!

Love the tote! Also, I was reading your Apple Spice Cupcakes recipe in the previous post…think I will try it today – sounds yummy! You mentioned the original recipe called for apple juice concentrate, which I assume is either frozen concentrated apple juice or some other commercial product I wouldn’t be likely to have on hand either. BUT…I do always have what I call my “homemade apple essence” in the fridge. I take a quart (or whatever) of apple juice or cider and boil it down til it’s syrupy. It will store in the fridge virtually forever, and I drizzle a tablespoon or two on my apple pie filling mixture before putting the top crust on my pies before baking – very yummy! I will try putting a bit in the frosting for these cupcakes and let you know how that works!

Very cute and festive! I’d probably have to share with my kiddo, since she loves that sort of thing too, but that’s OK–she has good taste. :)

Do you know that it would be wonderful to have something soooo nice that I didn’t have to make for myself. Am I the only one under a mountain of Christmas gifts to make?

The new law here is that stores can’t give free plastic/paper bags anymore, so I need lots and lots of tote bags for groceries. This one is really cute!
