I found out about your webinar classes in Better Homes and Gardens mag/Sept 2012. Yay! I’ve been dying to learn how to can – specifically how to preserve citrus, living in Key Largo, when we have an overly abundant harvest of limes from our tree. (We can only drink so many mojitos!)
The canning part – I’m nervous about a pressure cooker – so I’d like to learn from a skilled & knowledgeable person. Since I know no one in Key Largo who cans, this webinar is a great idea!
I’ve never done a webinar before so I’m not sure how it works. I’d like to sign up if you can give me a little more info; how long it lasts, how do I get to the class online; is it save-able & can I refer to it later, using pause feature to help me through the process?
