It’s apple season here at Two Frog Home. The tree is quite full and we’ve been picking off and on for a few days now.
We’ve been giving bunches away while also preserving bunches for ourselves. It’s a fun time though it does seem to signify the end of season and the warning that winter is fast approaching.
We’ve dehydrated lots of apples, made 20 pints of applesauce and 7 half-pints of apple butter so far. I see more things coming up in the near future.
