Rants and Labels
I have been getting a multitude of spam e-mails from a certain seed company. I imagine I’m not the only blogger. They want me to endorse their products without trying them, I won’t be doing that. I’ve asked them to remove me from their list so many times. I’m so irritated with this company and as much as I would love to just slam them I’m not going to mention their name and give them any publicity from this blog. Why would I ever want to buy from a company who can’t have the integrity to remove me from the e-mail list after several acknowledged requests? Oy!
On the upside, I got my new labels yesterday:
Aren’t they fantastic? A local graphic artist designed them for me in trade for some valentine cupcakes for his wife. I’ll be making those later this week. He ordered them for me on one of his wholesale accounts too, making them oh so affordable. Soon, I’ll be labeling all kinds of fun stuff for sale online and at the farmers market!
Those are wonderful! They’ll make it easy for customers to find your product. I can hear it now: “Just find the lady at the market with frogs on her stickers!”
And kudos to you for bartering for the design!

And I feel the same way about 2 environmental non-profits that continue to mail me donor requests after I’ve called at least 4x a piece asking to be removed. I’ve done the return mail trick also but nothing seems to work….so I just keep calling and leaving msgs….So much for being environmental yet continuing to kill trees…
