Flat Bevvie arrived in the mail yesterday.  We promptly removed her from her envelope and allowed her to put her feet up and rest after her long trip.  We are seriously excited participating in the project with the granddaughter’s 2nd grade class.   Flat Bevvie will most likely be making trips to Glacier  National Park, Flathead Lake, Hungry Horse Dam, my gym, the garden, the arbor day celebration, and much more in the coming weeks.

From something silly to something serious…

Recently, a young girl from the small town we live in was killed in a car accident.  While that is in itself a tragic story, this particular story is made even more tragic because little Hanna had dream and she was making this dream come true.  Her dream was to help children in third world countries through art.  It’s truly a touching story, one that I’m sad I didn’t know about until after this little girl died.  I’d like to spread the word about this dream to everyone I can and ask that if you have the means, please donate some art supplies to this very worthy cause and help keep Hanna’s dream thriving.
