This week’s favorites in no particular order:

• My grandmother used to have clotheslines strung from the rafters in the basement, I like this idea for indoor line drying slightly better.  Now if only I had a basement…
• I was impressed by this feat of stretching a pound of beef & leftovers.  (Honestly it has nothing to do with her mention of my blog at the end that got it included here)
• I love the idea of being the produce manager here at Two Frog Home, its a title that hadn’t occurred to me before, but something all of us need to be when taking care of our food stores and pantries.
• Sometimes its important to recognize and celebrate the seasons within seasons, even when the thought of shoveling snow one more times fills us with dread.
•  Pasta with Broccoli, Sausage, and Roasted Red Peppers sounds too good to pass up.  Though I’ll be using turkey sausage, instead of pork.
