2008 Goals
I was given this beautiful handmade journal several years ago. I’ve kept it tucked away, waiting for the perfect way to use it. I wanted to make sure that however I used it matched the beauty of the journal itself. I’ve decided to take it out and use it as a hand-written record of my 2008 goals and steps taken to acheive those goals.
My goals for 2008:
-
Continue to increase garden planting & harvest
-
Expand canning to include more varied sauces, condiments, and soup stocks.
-
Learn to make cheese.
-
Master sourdough starter & bread.
-
Write small notes/letters to mom, sister & grandfather at least once a month.
-
Read at least 4 Bible study/spirituality focused books and keep records of any studies.
-
Read at least 5 novels just for fun and blog about them.
-
Read at least 6 non-fiction books on topics of interst and blog about them.
-
Submit book proposals/letters to publishing houses/editors.
-
Create new courses for teaching continuing education classes.
-
Update etsy shop once a month with at least 5 new products.
-
Continue 1 hour workouts 3 times a week and 30 minute cardio workouts twice a week.
-
Do Pilates at least once a week in addition to above.
-
Eat whole foods 100% of the time – local/organic whenever possible.

That’s a lovely idea! The journal is gorgeous.
You have wonderful goals and I wish you all the best in the new year.
